The Inviting Church: A Study of New Member Assimilation by Roy
Oswald and Speed Leas. From Alban Institute. A review of the findings of a forma study conducted by the Alban Institute on how most churches are doing in the area of assimilating new members. Several conclusions and helpful hints are shared that would be helpful for any church.

These tapes would be great discussion starters and guides for New Member committees, Deacons, SS and Church Leadership Retreats/Planning Sessions or even a Wednesday night dialogue group with the congregation.
